Itinerary

Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport. Meet and greet by our representative and proceed to Dambulla.
En-route visit:
• Munneswaram Temple (believed to be where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva)
• Manawari temple
Check in to hotel and relax.
Optional evening visit:
• Dambulla Cave Temple
Overnight stay in Dambulla.

Early breakfast and proceed for day excursion to Trincomalee.
Visit Ramayana-related sites:
• Koneswaram Temple (also called Thirukoneswaram, associated with Ravana’s kingdom)
• Kanniya Hot Water Springs (believed to be created by Ravana)
• Lover’s Leap (cliff connected to legends of Rama and Sita)
Return to Dambulla in the evening.
Overnight stay in Dambulla.

After breakfast, proceed to Kandy.
En-route visit:
• Hasalaka Temple (also known as Wanawasi Rajamaha Viharaya, believed to be where Sita was held captive)
Visit:
• Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (important spiritual connection for devotees)
Optional evening cultural dance show.
Overnight stay in Kandy.

After breakfast, proceed to Hasalaka village.
Visit:
• Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, Ramboda (situated on the hills, sacred to Hanuman)

Later proceed towards Nuwara Eliya via Kandy and Ramboda.
En-route visits:
• Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple (if not visited earlier)
• Ramboda Waterfalls
Continue to Nuwara Eliya.
(If arrival is late, overnight can be planned in Nuwara Eliya from this day.)

After breakfast, full day Ramayana sightseeing in Nuwara Eliya.
Visit:
• Seetha Amman Temple (associated with Ashok Vatika)
• Hakgala Botanical Garden (believed to be part of Ashok Vatika)
• Divurumpola Temple (place where Sita underwent Agni Pariksha)
Evening free to relax in cool climate.
Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

After breakfast, proceed to Colombo.
En-route visit:
• Gayathri Peedam, Nuwara Eliya (important temple for devotees)
On arrival in Colombo, short city drive if time permits:
• Galle Face Green
• Kelani temple
• Independence Square
• Gangaramaya Temple
Overnight stay in Colombo.

After breakfast, transfer to airport for onward journey.
